We offer free standard shipping on every order over $99 or greater. With free shipping, ESEE Store will choose the most cost effective shipping method for your order. Free shipping method may include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on size and weight of your order. If you decide to expedite your shipping, we offer a wide variety of shipping options to best fit your needs, please see our shipping options below.

ESEE Store primary shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. If you wish to have your order to ship UPS Next Day Air, please contact us for further arrangements, as this option is not available to choose on our site when ordering due to weight and dimension on next day air packages.Most orders with ESEE Store ship out USPS Priority Mail and First Class. The average USPS estimated shipping times are usually 2-3 days, it could be delayed during the holiday season.

Standard Ground Shipping - $5.95
UPS 3Day - $16.95 (Alaska, Hawaii, and APO’s are excluded)
(Package will be delivered within three business days once shipped from our warehouse, excluding holidays)
UPS 2nd Day Air - $19.95 (Alaska, Hawaii and APO’s are excluded)
(Package will be delivered within two business days once shipped from our warehouse, excluding holidays)
USPS Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO’s - $7.95
Alaska UPS 2nd Day Air - $44.95 for the 1st pound, then $1.50 for each additional pound
Hawaii UPS 2nd Day Air - $32.95 for the 1st pound, then $1.50 for each additional pound

Return Policy

Here at ESEE Store, we offer 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have no worries, we will take care of it. However, if your product has been engraved, engraved products are non-returnable.

In the circumstances that you are unhappy with your product please call us within 7 business days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please list the RAN on the outside of the package, so when delivered it gets to the right place in our warehouse.

Before returning your product, please make sure you meet these conditions below:

  • All products must be new and unused and in their original box with all manufacture’s paperwork included.
  • We ask please do not ship products back in padded envelopes as it could be easily damaged during shipping transits.
  • Please include a brief description for the reason you are returning the product.
  • Please do not cause any damage to the product package or box, as we will not be able to accept the product back. (Write on boxes, tape, etc.)

If your merchandise is defective please contact us and we will take care of it.
If you have received a promotional item (Bonus Buy, Gift Card, etc) with your purchase. You are more than welcome to send your product back for a refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund total amount. If you choose to exchange your product for another item that does not qualify for the promotional item, you will be charged for the value of the promotional item. If you have any questions or concerns about the promotional items return and exchange, please feel free to contact us regarding this matter.

Lost Package Information

In case your order is lost during shipping transit, please contact customer service, so we can further assist you in this matter. However, if the package is lost with USPS, unfortunately we are not able to file a claim and investigation on your package until it has been lost for 21 days. Typically investigation and claim process could take up to 7 days after it has been filed with USPS. If your package is lost during transit with UPS, usually takes around 7 business days to complete the investigation and claim. Once the claim and investigation have been completed with either shipping carriers, we will be able to reship your package or issue a refund for your order.
